From the Co-Presidents
Happy Holidays! As we reflect on 2021 coming to a close and our first few months as co-presidents, we are incredibly proud of the resiliency of our Ward Community. We have all come back together truly stronger than ever. Highlights of the fall include some of the highest attended events we have ever seen in our time at Ward - from the grade level potlucks to the Back to School Picnic and Fall Fest. We have been thrilled to see so many of you! We have the best new and returning passionate volunteers; many incredible financial supporters and; above all, a community with a common mission of supporting the elementary school experiences of our children. THANK YOU! We have much to look forward to this winter and spring: the long-awaited return of the Mystery Dinner, a fun teacher-experience raffle, International Night, an art show and SO much more. We will take a break from the ForWard Newsletter during the December vacation week but we look forward to engaging with you early in 2022!

All our best,
Caitlin & Susan

Ward Annual Fund
We are so grateful to report that 47 families have contributed to our Annual Fund thus far. Remember, no amount is too small (and right now all amounts will be matched thanks to Asher Nichols of Asher Nichols & Craftsmen!) and we would love to show our power as a community by having as many families contribute as possible. Can you help us reach our goal by the end of 2021?

There are two ways to donate:

  1. Online at our PayPal page (https://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=W3QC82Y3M9S8G)

  2. By Check: Made out to “Ward PTO” and sent  in an envelope to school clearly labeled “Kristin Golden, Treasurer - Ward PTO”

THANK YOU for your ongoing support!
