Plans for Ward Next Year

8:45 am- afterschool room

Sorry about the typo in last week's email! June 19th is a Friday, not a Thursday. We are restructuring the PTO Administration for next year to make it more accessible and easier for our community to be involved. We would love your input and participation. We will be having a brainstorming meeting on Friday right after drop off to discuss what that might look like. All are welcome to attend. For more information contact Beth Coomber, Batya Benmayor, Joanne Kazarian or Mindy Peckler.

Help Pack Up the Library

Did you know the library is moving to larger quarters upstairs to make room for a lunchroom? We know its a busy tme of year with so many activities going on but we do need help packing up the library in preparation for the move upstairs to the old Kindergarten rooms. Our goal is to have things packed up by the end of the school year.

Heres's how you can help:

You can come in on Tuesday, June 9th at 11AM and help weed out old books that are no longer needed.

You can come in and help pack up the library on:

Tuesday, June 16th from 11-12:30 PM

Wednesday, June 17th from 1-3 PM

Friday, June 19th from 8:30-10:30 AM

Help the Garden for A Week This Summer

Help water and weed for a week this summer. Volunteers needed now through September for 1 week periods. Sign up with another family and make it a social event and an excuse to keep in touch over the summer! Please contact: Lili Sloan at ests40@comcast.net.
